We’ve been going to Christian for more than 10 years, when he was in a very small shop. He has always been honest and extremely reasonable with us. He’s moved to a larger shop (good for him) and we continue to trust his honesty, integrity and expertise.

Great service and pricing. Highly recommended for Porsche 992 service. This is the place to go when you are shocked by the service cost estimate at the Porsche dealer.

It's so refreshing to find an HONEST car repair business. Ken and staff are the best. They installed a trunk lid switch on my BMW 535i and it worked just fine. Ken told me that they found an updated part that was better and offered to replace the other one at no cost. I came back 2 days later and they replaced it in less than 30 min. They didn't charge me for the new part or labor. I would have never known that there was a better part available if they hadn't told me. I'm a customer for life! Thank you Ken and team for always having my back and for excellent service always!

Left our Carrera with Christian yesterday morning for an oil and filter change. Work was done by lunchtime, as promised, at a very fair and reasonable price.

VERY TRUSTWORTHY AT A GOOD PRICE

Have had Cristian work on my cars for years always reliable and keeps you up to date on what is happening with your car. Had him redo the head on our 328I BMW about 3 years ago and it's still going strong. Also he has worked on my Ford truck and always been very trustworthy at a good price . I think he is working on my truck as a favor he specializes in German cars and other foreign cars.

QUALITY CUSTOMER CARE

I wish I can give this place a 100/10 stars. Christian and Alexis( the office manager) helped me today with my mercedes after visiting the dealer and quoted a ridiculous price. Christian got my car in and out for a coolant system replacement in 3 hours, they gave me their shop loaner car so I wouldn't Uber back and forth. I'm truly so appreciative of Christian for being genuinely honest and kind hearted I've never received the quality customer care from any auto shop. DETAILED AND EFFICIENT. I'VE FOUND A NEW HOME

My independent Porsche repair shop of 20 years went out of business. I needed routine maintenance and shopped around. A qualified company found my 2015 Boxster with 30K miles "needed" $1,250 in work. I gratefully came across Christian at OC European who quoted me $174 for the oil and filter change and said he would determine what else I needed. I quickly felt very confident with him so I took my car in. He called me with 2 recommendations. The total cost was $525 and he discounted that $100 (not sure why- New customer??). I picked up my car today as scheduled. The shop is very clean and Alexus (the girl who checks you in) is very detailed and efficient. I've found a new home.

Christian has worked on my mother's Mercedes for years. He is honest, fair in his pricing, and has been flexible with her financially. He treats her like you might expect if she were family. Without exception, the work he's done on her car has been quality and without any follow-up issues. It's such a relief to know that my aging mom is in good hands with a trusted mechanic like Christian.

I TRUST HIS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE TO DO THE BEST

I have been taking my 2005 Volvo XC90 to Christian for the past 6 years. My wifes car has about 180K miles on it and the past 50K miles are because of Christian. Christian has taken care of our routine maintenance as well as some issues that have come up as a result of the miles on our car. He's a detective---never giving up until the mystery is solved. He has always been honest and fair and I trust his knowledge and expertise to do the best for my wife's vehicle. I have recommended OC European to co-workers that also have Volvos.

MY CAR ACTUALLY DRIVES BETTER NOW!

I'm a longtime owner of a mini cooper, and I used to get my car serviced with John at British Worx OC. Unfortunately John decided to retire earlier this year, but he was still kind enough to answer my call and refer me to this place.

I just had my car serviced with Christian today; he was friendly, accommodating and the pricing was reasonable. I daresay my car actually drives better now! Christian is very open about what service will be done on your car, and will call you to confirm prior to doing any work on the car. I will be going back for my future maintenance needs for sure.

I Christian, he is an expert mechanic,one of nicest mechanic I've ever seen in the past years.

Their is a fault Airmatic suspension problem in my car, he even went out of his way to correct a problem from another mechanic had done incorrectly on my suspension compressor installation, he reinstall It at no additional cost.

COST OF PART AND LABOR WAS VERY REASONABLE

Brought in my Mercedes SLK320 that could not disengage from park. The culprit could have been a simple switch malfunction, sensor problem, a mechanical part failure or a computer error, so repair cost could be reasonable to outrageous, especially since it is a Mercedes. To my relief and verified by other Yelp reviews, Christian repaired the car within two hours after replacing a simple switch. The cost of part and labor was very reasonable. He properly diagnosed and repaired the car without padding the total repair cost.

However, if you want to read more... Working with Christian has been wonderful. My Porsche is almost 30 years old (1987 944) and he understands and shares my desire to fix the errors made by the previous owner, maintain the car in a near perfect condition, and improve things when necessary.

We identified the issues, established a priority for the fixes based on need and price, and are now working through the list.

Was referred to this shop through my warranty, and the reviews it had are completely accurate. Consummate professionals, very fast diagnosis and turnaround, concise and complete straight shooters. The owner Christian dealt with me and my warranty group personally and facilitated the entire exchange without me having to do a thing. The experience with these guys was so great that they've now got a customer for life. Hell, I'm hoping the car breaks down again before this warranty ends so I can bring it back! Highly recommended both here and to everyone I know.

HE REPAIRED IT FOR HALF THE COST OF THE DEALER

Christian is great, took my BMW in because the check engine light was on for a stuck thermostat. He repaired it for half the cost of the dealer or other places I had give me quotes. He's got my business moving forward!

This is the first place I've ever taken my car that I feel like the quotes are all fair and genuine. Christian does amazing quality work and has outstanding customer service! My dad brought me to Christian, everyone else quoted me super high prices and was telling me it would take days to fix my car, Christian not only fixed my car in one day, he was way under budget and I was so appreciative of the repairs he completed, that I gave him the extra money as a bonus for being such a remarkable and swell guy. My car has never run so good, its like a new car since Christian changed and belts and did several very important replacements...he will never cheat you, he is the nicest man I ever met and he is kind and sweet...his girlfriend is very fortunate...

GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND THE EXPECTED SERVICE

Christian is a very honest mechanic and has done two things that stood out to me as going above and beyond the expected service. I screwed up my wheel bearings trying to change my rear brakes pads and called Christian. He met me at his shop on a Sunday (when he was closed) and did an emergency repair.

The second thing he did for me was replace my brake pad sensor for free that inadvertently got sheared off while driving. I was blown away by this, and would recommend his company to friends and family.

CHARGED ME FAR LESS THAN QUOTES I HAD RECEIVED FROM OTHER SHOPS

I brought my 1999 Carrera for service at OCI, The owner Christian was very professional and detailed in explaining to me exactly what repairs were needed and charged me far less than quotes I had received from other shops. He also made a few minor adjustments for free that other shops were going to charge me for. I will continue to bring my Porsche here for any future repairs and service.

EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH REASONABLE RATES

Finally I've found a mechanic I can trust. Christian provided excellent service with reasonable rates. I'm not taking my car anywhere else. I have an older BMW and he was able to locate the replacement parts I needed when I was not able to do so myself and rebuild where necessary. He is clearly knowledgable on European cars. He is also easy and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend.

I had a PPI done on a 911 I was considering purchasing. Sebastian, the owner, performed a thorough inspection on the car for about a hour and provided me a detailed report on all potential problems in writing. Based on his evaluation I chose not to buy the car because there was a concern with the transmission readings that I would never known about from a test drive. I believe he saved me a lot of money and headache. Thanks
